Neighboring the wonderful Howarth park, Trione-Annadel state park lies in the heart of Santa Rosa and is a favorite for hikers and cyclists, offering miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and trail riding. The park also contains some of the county’s best mountain biking, growing so popular that it even has its own meetup groups! Forty excellent miles of trails take you up steep climbs and down sharp descents while traversing rugged hills, oak woodlands, and native grasslands. Out of all the destinations in Sonoma County, Trione-Annadel was tailor-made for the Ramblas eMTB to shine! With its all-terrain build and range of 80 miles, there is nowhere you can’t explore with Aventon’s first ever electric mountain bike.

Foothill regional Park

Located in our beautiful town of Windsor, Foothill Regional Park is a 211-acre wilderness park in the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains. The park features thick oak woodlands, rolling hillsides, ridge-top views of northern Sonoma County, three ponds for bass and bluegill fishing, grassy meadows, and spring wildflowers. Nearly 7 miles of multi-use trails cover varied terrain, offering easy to challenging options for all levels of biking experience. Whether you want to cruise through the easygoing and scenic trails on one of Aventon’s commuter bikes, explore the more challenging trails on the Ramblas eMTB and Aventure.2, or bring the party with you on the Abound, the possibilities are endless!

West County Regional & Joe Rodota Trails

The West County Regional & Joe Rodota Trails are packed with a fascinating bit of history for any rider new to the area. Originally built along land that was once the Petaluma and Santa Rosa Railway, a line that linked Petaluma and Santa Rosa with Sebastopol and Forestville, this trail spans fourteen miles and is built for the casual and scenic riding experience. The trails are flat and paved, making them perfect for families or any biker who wants a relaxed and scenic ride beside gorgeous vineyards, charming red barns, and rising hills. What better way to enjoy the trails than with Aventon’s Pace 500.3 and Level.2, excellent bikes that take casual riding to the next level! The trail is mostly car-free, and there are loads of interesting stops along the way, so make sure you explore the trail and take in a bit of Sonoma County History!

Helen Putnam Regional Park

Venturing out a bit further than our usual recommendations, You can find the gorgeous Helen Putnam Regional Park in the town of  Petaluma. The rolling hills and panoramic views will make you think you’ve traveled to a remote wilderness area and left the world far behind. Six miles of mostly gentle trails make Putnam the perfect place for taking one of Aventon’s commuter bikes, such as the Level.2 or Pace 500.3, on a memorable and scenic ride.  Expect delights such as birdwatching, five different kinds of oak forest, extensive grassland, and a remarkable variety of wildflowers when the season is right.
